Patient in Trouble — Malachi 4:1-6

Hope brings purity; despair weakens our desire for Godliness. What we hope for tells a lot about our spiritual IQ. “Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.”

Does the success of the wicked bother you? How about the despair of the Godly? The injustice in the world makes it difficult to follow Christ. The difficulty, however, shouldn’t drive you to despair. In the last sermon on Malachi, Pastor Lee examined how though the wicked prevail, God knows the difference. He sees the good done by the faithful. Here, the encouragement is that in the end, there will be judgment for the wicked deeds. For those in Christ, there is no fear for He is your righteousness.

Listen and be encouraged.

Solo Deo Gloria,
