What should the Christian life look like? Success and problem free? That’s what media and culture tend to portray. Consider Proverbs 30:7-9. Is our affluence and wealth a snare? A trial? If it’s a trial, how are you performing?
The good news from James is that when we find ourselves in trials (and we will), we simply as of God for wisdom, and He gives generously and freely. Wisdom of the Lord helps to endure to the end, to remain steadfast.
