Mark 1:9-11 presents the identification of Jesus with sinners and a perfect picture of the Trinity.
What does your baptism mean to you? What are the similarities and dissimilarities between our baptism and that of the Lord?

Why did Jesus, the sinless One, have to be baptized?
* Jesus endured the judgment of God for us.
* He became like one of us.
* Greater love has no man than this, than that a man would lay down his life for his friends.
