At the second service we will cover Mark 1: 16-20.
Think “What kind of people does Jesus call to follow Him?” Ordinary people as common as peanut butter jars. It is the greatness of God that gives us significance.

Prayer is any communion with God be it praise, thanksgiving, asking, etc. When the disciples ask Jesus how to pray he responded with:
“Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
10 Your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread,
12 and forgive us our debts,

This Sunday, September 20, Michael & Jessica Stover will be with us.
They are missionaries to Israel with the Associated Baptists for
World Evangelism (ABWE). They will have all the sharing time to talk
about their ministry and I hope many will stay to have brunch and
hear their presentation.
