PSALM 105:1-10
Tell of All His Wonderful Works

1 Oh give thanks to the Lord; call upon his name;
make known his deeds among the peoples!
2 Sing to him, sing praises to him;
tell of all his wondrous works!
3 Glory in his holy name;
let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice!
4 Seek the Lord and his strength;
seek his presence continually!
5 Remember the wondrous works that he has done,
his miracles, and the judgments he uttered,
6 O offspring of Abraham, his servant,
children of Jacob, his chosen ones!

7 He is the Lord our God;
his judgments are in all the earth.
8 He remembers his covenant forever,
the word that he commanded, for a thousand generations,
9 the covenant that he made with Abraham,
his sworn promise to Isaac,
10 which he confirmed to Jacob as a statute,
to Israel as an everlasting covenant.

GLORIOUS DAY by Kristian Stanfill and Passion
I was buried beneath my shame;
Who could carry that kind of weight?
It was my tomb ‘til I met You; I was breathing, but not alive.
All my failures I tried to hide. It was my tomb ‘til I met You.

You called my name, then I ran out of that grave,
Out of the darkness, into Your glorious day.

Now Your mercy has saved my soul;
Now Your freedom is all that I know, The old made new.
Jesus, when I met You, whoa, what a day!
I needed rescue, my sin was heavy.
But chains break at the weight of Your glory.
I needed shelter, I was an orphan,
But You call me a citizen of Heaven.
When I was broken, you were my healing.
Now Your love is the air that I’m breathing.
I have a future! My eyes are open.

GOD, YOU REIGN by Lincoln Brewster
You paint the night, you count the stars, and you call them by name.
The skies proclaim, “God, you reign!”

Your glory shines, you teach the sun when to bring a new day.
Creation sings, “God, you reign!”

God, you reign, God, you reign, forever and ever! God, you reign!

You part the seas, you move the mountains with the words that you say.
My song remains, “God, you reign!”

You hold my life, you know my heart, and you call me by name.
I live to say, “God, you reign!”

I know you reign, forever and ever! God, you reign!
Hallelujah, Hallelu! Hallelujah, Hallelu!
God, you reign, God, you reign, forever and ever! God, you reign!

GRACE LIKE RAIN (HYMN 236 by John Newton, with chorus by Chris Collins, Edwin O. Excell, & Todd Agnew
Amazing grace, how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me!
I once was lost but now I’m found,
Was blind but now I see—so clearly!

Hallelujah, grace like rain falls down on me!
Hallelujah, all my stains are washed away, washed away!

‘Twas grace that taught my heart to fear
And grace my fears relieved.
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed!

When we’ve been there ten thousand years,
Bright shining as the sun,
We’ve no less days to sing Your praise
Than when we first begun.

Scripture: Isaiah 25:6-9

Joy to the World
Luke 2

Always remember the wonder.

1) Treasure the wonder that is our salvation.

2) Treasure the wonder that is our promise-keeping God.

3) Treasure the wonder of the truths of the word.

SALVATION BELONGS TO OUR GOD by Adrian Howard and Pat Turner
Salvation belongs to our God
Who sits upon the throne
And unto the Lamb:

Praise and glory, wisdom and thanks,
honor and power and strength
be to our God forever and ever,
be to our God forever and ever,
be to our God forever and ever! Amen.

And we the redeemed shall be strong
In purpose and unity
Declaring aloud . . .

Feel free to respond in prayer, aloud or silently, as the Lord leads.

Build Your kingdom here, let the darkness fear!
Show Your mighty hand, heal our streets and land,
Set Your church on fire! Win this nation back,
Change the atmosphere!
Build Your kingdom here, we pray!

Come set Your rule and reign in our hearts again.
Increase in us, we pray. Unveil why we’re made.
Come set our hearts ablaze with hope
Like wildfire in our very souls.
Holy Spirit, come, invade us now.
We are Your Church, and we need Your power in us.

We seek Your kingdom first, we hunger and we thirst,
Refuse to waste our lives, for You’re our joy and prize.
To see the captive hearts released,
The hurt, the sick, the poor at peace,
We lay down our lives for Heaven’s cause.
We are Your church, and we pray revive this earth.

Unleash Your kingdom’s power, reaching the near and far.
No force of hell can stop your beauty-changing hearts.
You made us for much more than this.
Awake the kingdom seed in us.
Fill us with the strength and love of Christ.
We are Your church, and we are the hope on earth.
